Forrest Neil Frank (b. April 8, 1995, Fulshear, TX) is a Texas-based Christian pop artist and producer. A Baylor University graduate, he co-founded the pop duo Surfaces with Colin Padalecki in 2017, scoring the viral international hit "Sunday Best" in 2020. He released early solo work under the mononym "Forrest" (Warm, 2018; Effortless, 2020) before rebranding as Forrest Frank for the 2023 CCM debut California Cowboy, whose Hulvey collaboration "No Longer Bound" became a breakout hit. His 2024 album Child of God topped Billboard's Christian Albums chart for 17 consecutive weeks and yielded the GMA Dove Award-winning single "Good Day"; a 2025 sequel Child of God II also debuted at No. 1. In 2025 he departed Surfaces to form the duo Party Wave (announced as Dawn Patrol) with Noah Hayden.
